Amenities Rules

AMENITIES INFO & RULES

Docks: The dock slips are privately owned, and unauthorized use is not permitted for temporary docking, fishing, etc. Only residents that own a slip will be granted access via the key fob.

Boardwalk: The boardwalk directly behind the clubhouse is a community amenity and may be used for fishing, and loading and unloading items from boats (it is not a boat ramp). Please take all trash, fishing gear, etc. with you when leaving.

Kayak storage: The kayak storage racks are available from April 1-November 15 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Items left unattended and/or unidentified for longer than 30 days shall be deemed abandoned and discarded at the offending lot owner's expense.

Storage Area: There is a padlocked storage area near the neighborhood entrance for watercraft trailers available for use by River Sound residents only. No inoperable or abandoned trailers are allowed, and no trailer shall be situated so as to interfere or block use of the storage area by others. Such trailers are subject to removal at the resident's expense upon 30 days' notice to the owner. Contact the clubhouse office if you need a key. The HOA is not liable for any property stored in the area, so you will need to sign a waiver.

Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts: The tennis/pickle ball courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, or you can reserve a court on the calendar. No hard-sole shoes, bikes, basketballs, skates, rollerblades, skateboards, animals, or anything else not related to tennis or pickle ball is allowed. A separate key is available for the padlock on the tennis gate by request only. Please remember to lock the gate after each use. Please remove all trash when leaving.

Indoor and Outdoor Pools:
A key fob to open the pool gate, downstairs door to the clubhouse, and dock (if you have one) should have been transferred to you at closing. If not, please contact the office to register for one. Additional/replacement key fobs are $30 each.

  3. There are to be NO glass containers of any kind.
  4. No animals are allowed in either of the pool areas or clubhouse.
  5. Close umbrellas, throw away all trash, and remove your pool toys when leaving. Any pool toys, towels, etc. left overnight will be thrown away.
  6. There are trash bins available right outside the pool gate. Please use them.
  7. Please remind children that the life preservers hanging on the fence are not toys.

Indoor Pool:

  1. Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in the indoor pool area, unless you want to swim with ants!
  2. The pool is to be covered when the pool is not in use to keep the heat in. It is the user’s responsibility to re-cover the pool when finished.
