Clubhouse Reservation Form

The River Sound Clubhouse is for the private, non-profit use of River Sound residents and property owners and their immediate family. Reservation of the Clubhouse facility (upstairs or downstairs) is required for all events. Renting the clubhouse does not exempt other residents from using the pools during your function.

You must be current on your River Sound HOA Homeowners' Fees in order to reserve the clubhouse.

Availability, signing the Reservation Form, usage fee ($150), and a refundable damage deposit ($500) must be coordinated with the River Sound Office Manager. Please check the event calendar to see if your requested date is available and then double check the date with the Office Manager. It's important to familiarize yourself with the clubhouse rules and regulations before signing the reservation form.
