Kayak Storage Rentals

• Any resident who is current on their HOA dues will be allowed to rent a slot in the racks at a cost of $100 per slot, with a maximum of 2 slots per River Sound address.
• The slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis as payments are received.
• All renters must sign an agreement form (below) and clearly label their property with a name that matches HOA resident records.
• The HOA will collect payments by check only at the clubhouse office. Checks should be made out to River Sound HOA.
• You will be allowed to store your property in your assigned slot on the racks once the waiver is signed and payment is received.
• You will be given a sticker to place on your watercraft so it is clearly visible from the racks. 
• The season will run until November 15, 2024. All property must be removed from the racks before that time so the area can be thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
• Renters in 2024 will have first dibs on rentals for the 2025 season.
